Our fitting specialists are trained not to sell shoes, but to guide customers through the selection process. To assist you with your footwear evaluation, your fitting specialist will go through a 5-step process with you. We will invest our time, footwear knowledge and fitting specialization during your evaluation. Please invest your time to thoroughly evaluate footwear so you make your selection with high-confidence.

Fitting Specialist 

1. Assessment

   1. Footwear Use + Mobility Limitations - You will be asked a series of questions to help determine your intended use of your new footwear and any mobility limitations, e.g., injuries, that may impact your intended use.

   2. Measure - Each foot length will be measured while concurrently your foot profile is evaluated.

2. Selection - Footwear will be selected that may best meet your needs based on the assessment.

3. Fitting - Two styles will be fitted to your feet to allow you to compare side-by-side comfort & performance. Fitting specialist will assess proper fit, inform you whether they are well fitted or bring to your attention concerns of the fit or remove footwear that do not fit properly.

Customer Evaluation

4. Comfort - You MUST have high-confidence with the comfort of footwear before they are evaluated for performance.

   1. Heels should feel secure in the heel counter.

   2. Achilles should feel comfortably held without pressure from the heel cap/tab.

   3. Arches should feel supported without any undue pressure.

   4. Feet perimeters should feel comfortably snug with NO pressure points.

5. Performance - You MUST have high-confidence with the performance of footwear.

   1. Immobile Heel - Heels should stay secured without lifting from footbed.

   2. Stability - From footstrike through toe-off, footwear should not give way outward or inward.

   3. Impact Absorption - Type and level of cushion should meet your needs or preferences.

   4. Roll-Through & Toe-Off - You should feel the footwear provides you fluid movement with each stride.
