Bellingham’s oldest running & walking specialty shoe store got its start in a garage in May 1996 as Worldwide Running. Three years later, in May 1999, our store opened it’s doors at 1317 North State Street (now D’Anna’s Cafe Italiano) and changed the name to RunningShoes.com with an emphasis on online sales. In September 2008, needing more space, the store was moved 1 block north to 1431 North State Street, our current home. Acting on a financial opportunity  to sell the domain RunningShoes.com, in May 2011, the store was renamed Klicks Running & Walking with a greater focus on local sales. Finally, on May 1, 2016, with ownership change, our store was formerly renamed one last time as Bellingham Bay Running Company. We now affectionately call our store BBay Running.
